RETURN TO WORK OF WSIB CLAIMANTS. An employee on a Workplace Safety Insurance leave who is no longer deemed disabled by his/her physician or by the Workplace Safety Insurance Board, shall be placed in his/her former or an equivalent position with the Employer.
