Common use of Return Upon Termination Clause in Contracts

Return Upon Termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, and at any time prior thereto upon request by the Company, Employee shall return to the Company all tangible embodiments of any Proprietary Information in Employee's possession, including but not limited to, originals, copies, reproductions, notes, memoranda, abstracts, and summaries.
