Return Upon Termination. Upon termination of employment for any reason, Executive shall immediately deliver to the Employer all of Employer’s Documents and all other property of Employer in Executive’s possession or under Executive’s custody or control. Employer shall have the right, upon termination of employment for any reason, to review any mobile or computer device or equipment used by the Executive at any time during his or her tenure of employment with Employer to ensure compliance with this Agreement.
