Return Upon Termination. Upon the termination of this Agreement for any reason, and at any time prior thereto upon request by the Company, Fields shall return to the Company all tangible embodiments of any Proprietary Information in its or the Executive’s possession, including but not limited to, originals, copies, reproductions, notes, memoranda, abstracts, and summaries.
