Returned Funds. If a check, money order, direct withdraw or credit card payment are returned or disputed for any reason, a Lessee(s) will pay a charge of $25.00 plus the cost of the financial institution, per occurrence to Lessor. Therein after, only certified funds will then be accepted from the Lessee. Online payments will be suspended.
