Common use of Returned or Rejected Items Clause in Contracts

Returned or Rejected Items. If a check that is deposited using the On-Site Teller Service or Mobile Banking Deposit Service is returned to the Bank for any reason (such as non-sufficient funds), Customer agrees that the Bank may charge the account for any and all fees associated with the returned item. Customer will not be charged the returned item fee for rejected items. Items that are rejected for deposit using Mobile Remote Deposit Service may be re-presented for deposit at a physical branch of the Bank.
