Common use of Returning Resident Applicants Clause in Contracts

Returning Resident Applicants. Returning Resident applicants refers to those students who have lived in Residence previously. Returning Residents are expected to be positive role models in the residence community and all eligibility criteria in Section 3.1 must be met. Returning applicants who have an outstanding balance owing or a history of significant and/or repeated violations of The Residence Guide will not be eligible for residency.
