Returns and Information. 11.2.1 All registrations, returns, computations, notices and information which are or have been required to be made or given in the previous twelve months by each Group Company for any Taxation purpose (i) have been made or given on a proper basis and are up-to-date and correct and (ii) no written notice has been received by any Group Company of any dispute with any Tax Authority.
