Revenue Equipment Sample Clauses

Revenue Equipment. All Revenue Equipment which, under applicable law, is required to be registered, is properly registered in the name of the Grantor or, in the case of newly acquired Revenue Equipment, the Grantor is diligently pursuing the process of causing such Revenue Equipment to be registered in the Grantor's name. All Revenue Equipment, the ownership of which, under applicable law, is evidenced by a certificate of title, is properly titled in the name of the Grantor. All certificates of title with respect to the Revenue Equipment owned by the Grantor will be maintained by the Custodians (as defined in Section 4.9 of this Security Agreement) at the address of the Grantor referenced on Schedule 2.17 in the Credit Agreement.

  • Capital Equipment Collaborator’s commitment, if any, to provide ICD with capital equipment to enable the research and development activities under the Research Plan appears in Appendix B. If Collaborator transfers to ICD the capital equipment or provides funds for ICD to purchase it, then ICD will own the equipment. If Collaborator loans capital equipment to ICD for use during the CRADA, Collaborator will be responsible for paying all costs and fees associated with the transport, installation, maintenance, repair, removal, or disposal of the equipment, and ICD will not be liable for any damage to the equipment.
