PROCEDURES – - CONTRACTOR shall maintain internal financial controls which adequately 11 8 ensure proper billing and collection procedures. CONTRACTOR’s procedures shall specifically provide 12 9 for the identification of delinquent accounts and methods for pursuing such accounts. CONTRACTOR 13 10 shall provide ADMINISTRATOR, monthly, a written report specifying the current status of fees which 14 11 are billed, collected, transferred to a collection agency, or deemed by CONTRACTOR to be 15 12 uncollectible. 16 13 D. OTHER REVENUES – - CONTRACTOR shall charge for services, supplies, or facility use byby 14 persons other than individuals or groups eligible for services pursuant to this Agreement. 15

FEES – CONTRACTOR shall charge a fee to Participants participants to whom services are provided 3 17 pursuant to this Agreement, their estates and responsible relatives, in accordance with the fee system 4 18 designated by ADMINISTRATOR. This fee shall be based upon the person's ability to pay for services, 5 19 but it shall not exceed the actual cost of services provided. No person shall be denied services because 6 20 of an inability to pay. 7 21 B. THIRD-PARTY REVENUE – CONTRACTOR shall make every reasonable effort to obtain all 8 22 available third-party reimbursement for which persons served hereunder may be eligible.
