Revenues. 1. The amount of net revenues generated by the project must be deducted from the eligible costs in full or pro-rata depending on whether it was generated entirely or partly by the co-financed project, in accordance with the provisions of Article 61 and 65(8) of Regulation (EC) No 1303/2013. 2. Where, within three years after the completion of the project, it is established that the project has generated revenue that has not been taken into account, the EU contribution part of the amount of net revenue shall be repaid by the LP to the Danube programme bank account.
