District Services. Except as may be expressly provided in this Contract, as set forth in any subsequent written agreement between the School and the District, or as may be required by law, the School will not be entitled to the use of or access to District services, supplies, or facilities. Such agreements by the District to provide services or support to the School shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Contract, except as may be otherwise agreed in writing.

Such agreements by the District to provide services or support to Network Schools shall be subject to all terms and conditions of this Contract, except as may be otherwise agreed in writing.
District Services. Except as provided by applicable written agreement between the School and the District, or as may be required by law, the School shall be responsible for all costs associated with its school operations, including the cost of contracting for goods and services. The DCSD Charter School Purchased Services Agreement providing for the District to provide services or support to the School shall be negotiated annually and subject to all terms and conditions of this Contract, except as may otherwise be agreed in writing. Such DCSD Charter School Services Agreement shall be finalized by March 30 of the fiscal year preceding that to which the purchased services apply, unless otherwise agreed to by both Parties.
District Services. Upon the issuance of an order by the District Governing Body pursuant to the provisions of ORS 451.485, and subsequent majority approval in a referendum vote upon such an order pursuant to ORS 451.487, the District Managing Board may acquire, construct, maintain, and operate any one or more of the following service facilities: 1. Fire prevention and protection; 2. Security services provided by agreement; 3. Law enforcement services; 4. Emergency medical services, including ambulance services.

The Association shall also have the right to post notices of activities and matters of Association concern on an Association bulletin board. If the District develops a District-wide electronic bulletin board, it shall establish a designated space for the Association on the board. All members with regular access to the board shall have access to the Association space.
District Services. Each school district will identify at least two schools in which to implement the community schools model. As partners, each school will receive $500,000 per year to implement the following services: • Hire a full-time community school coordinator. • Conduct a community needs assessment and develop an asset map. • Identify community partners and develop three MOUs. • Develop a community school advisory board for the school inclusive of, but not limited to, teachers, families, students, and community-based organizations. • Implement services in all four community school pillar areas to address needs identified in the needs assessment. • Implement a pipeline of services that address student needs and transitions from birth to career including the expansion of three existing services and the introduction of two new services at each school based on the results of the needs assessment. All identified school districts will receive community school coordinator coaching, training, and technical assistance support in addition to the grant funding. Identified school districts will also participate in the statewide and national evaluations of the project and will monitor student outcomes and participation.

District Services. Except as is set forth in Attachment 10 or as otherwise specifically provided in this Contract, the School shall not be entitled to the use of or access to District services, supplies, or facilities. Such agreements by the District to provide services or support to the School shall be negotiated annually and subject to all terms and conditions of this Contract, except as may be otherwise be agreed in writing. Such agreements shall be finalized May 31 of the fiscal year preceding that to which the purchased services apply, unless otherwise agreed to by both parties. The School acknowledges and agrees that due to District staff and resource limitations, the District does not warrant or represent that any District services referenced in Attachment 10 will actually be available, and that that availability is subject to workload, availability, and capacity constraints on District staff. The School further acknowledges and agrees that in the event that District services are unavailable, the School will be solely responsible for adding additional qualified FTE/staffing, or retaining qualified third-party contractors to fulfill the School’s obligations under this Agreement.
District Services. The School and the District agree to negotiate payment to the District of the School’s share of the direct costs incurred by the District for charter schools pursuant to C.R.S. § 22‐30.5‐112(2)(b.5). Such negotiations shall be concluded by June 15 of the year preceding that to which the costs apply. Such costs shall be reflected in a separate written agreement. If the School and the District do not reach an agreement regarding the payment of direct costs prior to the end of a fiscal year, the District may withhold an amount equal to the total amount of direct costs incurred in the prior year until such an agreement is reached. The District shall provide an itemized accounting to the School for the direct costs incurred by the District hereunder. Except as is set forth in Attachment 10, (“Purchase of Special Education Services”) and any subsequent written agreement between the School and the District, or as may be required by law, the School shall be responsible for all costs associated with its school operations, including the cost of contracting for goods and services. District Services. (a) The District services are not affected by this Agreement until the Full Purpose Annexation Date. From and after the Full Purpose Annexation Date, the District shall provide the following: 1. Water supply, transmission, distribution, etc. a. Extensions into the City's ETJ (and extensions of District facilities through or across the City's limits without providing retail service inside the City) require consent of the City, but such consents may not be unreasonably withheld or delayed. b. Extensions to serve areas inside the City's limits require the City's consent. c. If the City proposes new water service (or water sales) within the City limits but near the District, the City and District agree to meet and confer to consider possible use of the District's excess water capacity for that purpose, if available. d. Extensions of the District's groundwater reduction plan (without physical extension of water service) are allowed in any area.
