Common use of Reverse Flow Direction Clause in Contracts

Reverse Flow Direction. With respect to Firm Transmission Capacity the following will apply. During each Hour BBL Company shall (i) take Quantities of Entry Gas Reverse Flow provided that they are Properly Nominated and/or (ii) make available to Shipper at the TTF Quantities of Transfer Gas Reverse Flow provided that they are Properly Nominated and taken by Shipper at the TTF. Xxxxxxx is responsible for taking the Transfer Gas Reverse Flow at TTF.
