Common use of Reverse License Clause in Contracts

Reverse License. Company hereby grants to Provider and Xxxxxx, a royalty-free, perpetual, fully-paid, right and license to utilize the results and proceeds of the Services hereunder, in its entirety or any portions thereof, in all media now known or hereafter developed, throughout the universe, as follows: (i) on any one (1) or more of Provider’s and/or Norman’s websites, social media accounts and all successor medias thereto, whether now known or hereinafter developed; and (ii) in connection with historical and archival purposes (e.g., documentary, commentary, corporate retrospective, historical files on websites of Provider).
