Review and Amendment. Article 42 1. The Joint Committee will review the implementation of this Chapter and, if appropriate, shall propose to the Parties amendments to it. 2. Such review may be initiated jointly with the negotiation to deepen or extend tariff preferences of this Agreement, or at any time, at the request of a Party, to address specific difficulties faced by exporters with the existing origin criteria or any other item of tariff classification.
