Common use of Review and Amendment Clause in Contracts

Review and Amendment. 6.1 Not less than 120 days before March 31 of the Billing Year in which every ten year anniversary of the Effective Date occurs, Ucluelet First Nation and British Columbia will amend this Agreement in accordance with paragraphs 6.2 and 6.3.
