Review and Approval not Relief of Vendor Liability. No inspection, review or approval by any Company permitted under this Agreement of any portion of the Work shall relieve Vendor of any duties, liabilities or obligations under this Agreement, but nothing contained in this Section shall be deemed a bar of any waiver given to Vendor pursuant to and in accordance with the terms of this Agreement.
