Review and Approval of Life Cycle Maintenance Plan. (i) The Department will review and approve the Life Cycle Maintenance Plan and components thereof, including, but not limited to, the proposed scope of work, timing and estimated costs for the Major Maintenance. The Department will deliver its comments, approval or disapproval to the Developer within 45 Days after the Developer has delivered each proposed Life Cycle Maintenance Plan to the Department in accordance with Section 9.03(b).

  • Review and Approval Documents specified above must be submitted for review and approval by CITY Purchasing and Contracts prior to the commencement of work by CONTRACTOR. Neither approval by CITY nor failure to disapprove the insurance furnished by CONTRACTOR shall relieve CONTRACTOR of CONTRACTOR’S full responsibility to provide the insurance required by this Contract.
