395 Early Work. (a) Authorization and Access Relating to the 395 Early Work. (i) The Department authorizes the Concessionaire to undertake and cause the 395 Design-Build Contractor or the TTMS Contractor to undertake the 395 Early Work for the 395 Project pursuant to this Section 8.17, and the Concessionaire agrees to cause the 395 Design-Build Contractor or the TTMS Contractor to undertake the 395 Early Work in accordance with this Agreement. (ii) The Department agrees the Concessionaire and the 395 Design-Build Contractor may access the 395 Corridor and the Pentagon Reservation as reasonably 69 DMEAST #27287336 v26 necessary for the performance of the 395 Early Work, upon request by either the Concessionaire or the 395 Design-Build Contractor in accordance with the Technical Requirements.

  • Early Withdrawal Penalty Unless provided otherwise in the Disclosures, we will assess an early withdrawal penalty on any withdrawal, either partial or in whole, that we allow you to make from your account prior to the account's maturity date. The method for determining that penalty is described in the Disclosures.

  • Standard Work Week The standard work week for full-time employees covered by this Agreement shall be forty (40) hours, exclusive of the time allotted for meal periods, consisting of five (5) consecutive work days followed by two (2) consecutive days off. The week shall commence with the shift that includes 12:01 A.M. Sunday of each calendar week and end at the start of the shift that includes 12:00 midnight the following Saturday. The Employer retains the right to modify the work schedules to meet operational needs.

  • Normal Work Day The normal work day shall be eight (8) hours and the normal work week shall be forty (40) hours, Monday through Friday, provided however that nothing herein shall be construed as guaranteeing any EMPLOYEE eight (8) hours of work per day or forty (40) hours per week. A single shift shall consist of eight (8) hours of continuous employment, except for unpaid lunch period, between the hours of 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • PREVAILING WAGE RATES - PUBLIC WORKS AND BUILDING SERVICES CONTRACTS If any portion of work being Bid is subject to the prevailing wage rate provisions of the Labor Law, the following shall apply:

  • Early Termination Charges ‌ 4.1. Each Wholesale Service is subject to a Minimum Service Term. 4.2. If: 4.2.1. a Service Provider terminates or otherwise relinquishes a Wholesale Service prior to the expiry of the applicable Minimum Service Term (other than where the Service Provider has terminated the Agreement or the applicable Service Order in accordance with clause 22.1 of the General Terms); or 4.2.2. the LFC terminates the supply of a Wholesale Service prior to the expiry of the applicable Minimum Service Term in accordance with clause 22.1 of the General Terms, and that Wholesale Service is or was the first Wholesale Service to be provided to the relevant End User Premises, Service Provider Premises or NBAP (as applicable) using the LFC Network (an Early Termination Event) then early termination charges (Early Termination Charges) may be payable by the Service Provider. 4.3. This section 4 sets out when Early Termination Charges are payable by the Service Provider and how those Early Termination Charges are calculated. 4.4. The LFC may, at its discretion, elect to waive Early Termination Charges that become payable by the Service Provider.

  • Work Hour Penalty Eight hours of labor constitute a legal day's work, and forty hours constitute a legal week's work. Pursuant to Section 1813 of the Labor Code of the State of California, the Contractor shall forfeit to the County Twenty Five Dollars ($25) for each worker employed in the execution of this Contract by the Contractor or by any subcontractor for each calendar day during which such worker is required or permitted to work more than the legal day's or week's work, except that work performed by employees of said Contractor and subcontractors in excess of the legal limit shall be permitted without the foregoing penalty upon the payment of compensation to the workers for all hours worked in excess of eight hours per day of not less than 1-1/2 times the basic rate of pay.

  • Early Withdrawal Provisions We will impose a penalty if You withdraw any of the principal funds before the maturity date. The penalty imposed will equal the sum of the $25.00 administrative fee plus 180 days of dividends on the amount withdrawn. Renewal Policies. Your Account will renew automatically upon maturity and You will have a seven-calendar-day grace period immediately following the maturity of Your Account during which You may make withdrawals from Your Account without penalty.

  • Normal Work Week The normal work week shall be thirty-seven and one-half (37 1/2) hours, and the normal daily hours of work shall be seven and one-half (7 1/2) hours, exclusive of a meal period. The normal work week shall be Monday through Friday and the normal workday shall be scheduled between 7:00 a.m. and 6:00 p.m.

  • Modified Work Week Where Employees in a unit have indicated a desire to work a modified work week, the Employer may authorize experiments with modified work week schedule, providing operational requirements permit and the provision of services are not adversely affected. The averaging period for a modified work week shall not exceed three (3) calendar weeks, and the work day shall not exceed ten (10) hours .

  • Final Completion Date Final Completion for the Work as defined in Article 6.1.3 of the General Conditions to the Continuing Contract for Construction Management shall be achieved by October 31, 2024.
