Common use of Review and Approval Clause in Contracts

Review and Approval. Each Party to this Agreement recognizes that the publication of papers, including oral presentations and abstracts, regarding the Research Cooperation, subject to reasonable controls to protect Confidential Information, can be beneficial to both Parties. However, each Party shall have the right to review and approve any paper proposed for publication by the other Party, including oral presentations and abstracts, which utilizes data generated from the Research Cooperation or includes Confidential Information of the reviewing Party.

Each Party to this Agreement recognizes that the publication of papers, including oral presentations and abstracts, regarding the Research CooperationProgram Know-How and the Research Program Patents, subject to reasonable controls to protect Confidential Information, can will be beneficial to both Parties. However, each Party shall have the right to review and approve any paper proposed for publication by the other PartyParty or its permitted sublicensees, including oral presentations and abstracts, which utilizes data generated from the Research Cooperation Program and/or includes Research Program Know-How or includes Confidential Information of the reviewing Party.
