Common use of Review and Disclaimer Clause in Contracts

Review and Disclaimer. 9.1 Review by Edison of the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of Seller's Interconnection Facilities or Generating Facility shall not constitute any representation as to the economic or technical feasibility, operational capability, or reliability of such facilities. Seller shall in no way represent to any third party that any such review by Edison of such facilities including but not limited to any review of the design, construction, operation, or maintenance of such facilities by Edison is a representation by Edison as to the economic or technical feasibility, operational capability, or reliability of such facilities. Seller is solely responsible for economic and technical feasibility, operational capability, and reliability of Seller's Interconnection Facilities and the Generating Facility.
