Review and Refund Ordinance. The City agrees and acknowledges that the Review and Refund Ordinance was passed in response to the XxXxxxxx-Xxxxx Lawsuit and that the benefits provided to Class Members under the Review and Refund Ordinance, including, but not limited to, being given another opportunity to contest their ASE and ATL violations and the total amount of all refunds issued and debt extinguished under the Review and Refund Ordinance, are directly attributable to the XxXxxxxx-Xxxxx Lawsuit and the efforts of Class Counsel.
