Personal Data must be processed (e.g. collected, held, disclosed) fairly and lawfully and that processing must satisfy one of the conditions in Schedule 2 of the Act. The processing of sensitive data is further protected in that processing must also satisfy at least one of the conditions of Schedule 3 of the Act.
