Common use of Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or more; (b) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; (c) each contract for goods and works procured under Direct Contracting; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (e) each contract for consultants’ services provided by individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (f) each contract for services procured under Single Source Selection. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. 1. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods or works or services (other than consultant services) estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 US$250,000; US$500,000;US$50,000, respectively, procured on the basis of International Competitive Bidding, Limited International Bidding, or more; (b) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; (c) each contract for goods and works procured under Direct Contracting; and (db) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm or an individual estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 US$200,000 and US$75,000 or more; (e) each contract for consultants’ services provided by individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent more respectively or direct selection of $50,000 or more; and (f) each contract for services procured under Single Source Selectionconsultant. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods goods, works and services (other than consultants’ services) estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 US$200,000 or more; (b) each contract for goods, works estimated to cost the equivalent and services (other than consultants’ services) procured under Direct Contracting regardless of $500,000 or moreits value; (c) each contract for goods and works procured under Direct Contracting; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $US$100,000 or more; and (ed) each contract for consultants’ services provided by individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (f) each contract for services procured be awarded under Single Source Selection, regardless of its value. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 or more; (b) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or more; (c) each contract for goods and works procured under Direct Contracting; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (eb) each contract for consultants’ services to be provided by individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (fc) each contract for services procured under Single to be provided on the basis of Single-Source Selection. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 100,000 or more; (b) each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent be procured through Direct Contracting and Procurement from UN Agencies methods, regardless of $500,000 or morecontract value thereof; (c) each the first contract for goods and works to be procured through National Competitive Bidding method under Direct Contractingeach Part of the Project, regardless of contract value thereof; (d) each contract for consultants’ consultants services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; (e) each contract for consultants’ consultants services provided by an individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; and (f) each contract for consultants’ services to be procured under Single Source Selectionthrough Single-source and Sole-source Selection methods, regardless of contract value thereof. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

In addition, with respect to each contract for consultants’ services provided by the employment of individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; , the report on the qualifications and (f) each contract for services procured under Single Source Selectionexperience of all evaluated candidates, the terms of reference and the terms of employment of the consultants shall be subject to prior approval by the Association. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.;

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $250,000 200,000 or moremore per contract; (b) each contract for works estimated to cost the equivalent of $500,000 or moremore per contract; (c) each contract for goods and works procured under all contracts selected on the basis of Direct Contracting; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or moremore per contract; (e) each contract for consultants’ ' services provided by an individual consultants consultant estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or moremore per contract; and (f) each contract for services procured under Single Source Selection. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.and

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.;

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
