Common use of Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; (b) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (c) each contract for consultants’ services provided by individual consultant estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; in addition, the first two (2) contracts of each Procurement and selection methods shall be subject to prior Review. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. The Procurement Plan shall set forth those contracts which shall be subject to the Association’s Prior Review. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Recipient, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) each contract for goods estimated to cost the equivalent of $200,000 or more; (b) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $100,000 or more; and (cb) each contract for consultants’ services to be provided by individual consultant consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more; in addition, and (c) each contract for services to be provided on the first two (2) contracts basis of each Procurement and selection methods shall be subject to prior ReviewSingle-Source Selection. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
