Common use of Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions Clause in Contracts

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. Except as the Association shall otherwise determine by notice to the Borrower, the following contracts shall be subject to Prior Review by the Association: (a) the first contract for goods and works procured using National Competitive Bidding and Shopping regardless of value; (b) each contract for goods and works estimated to cost the equivalent of $ 100,000 or more; (c) the first contract for consultants’ services awarded to a firm by each implementing entity, regardless of value; (d) each contract for consultants’ services provided by a firm estimated to cost the equivalent of $ 100,000 or more per contract; (e) the first contract for consultants’ services awarded to an individual consultant by each implementing entity, regardless of value; and (f) each contract for consultants’ services provided by individual consultants estimated to cost the equivalent of $50,000 or more. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

Review by the Association of Procurement Decisions. 1. All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.

All other contracts shall be subject to Post Review by the Association.
