Review of Activities. The Steering Committee shall periodically review the results of each development plan to monitor the COMPANY’s progress and whether the Parties are providing their commitments, if any, of both human and financial support for the research and development of Products and the fulfillment of all contractual obligations between the Parties.

Review of Activities.
