Common use of Review of Activities Clause in Contracts

Review of Activities. The Steering Committee shall periodically review the results of the Product Development Program to ensure, to the extent reasonably practical, that the Parties are providing their commitments of both human and financial support for the research and development of a Product and the fulfillment of all contractual obligations between the Parties. The Steering Committee shall resolve any disputes referred to it by the Working Team in accordance with paragraph (e) below.

Review of Activities. The Steering Committee shall periodically review the results of each development plan to monitor the Product Development Program to ensure, to the extent reasonably practical, that COMPANY’s progress and whether the Parties are providing their commitments commitments, if any, of both human and financial support for the research and development of a Product Products and the fulfillment of all contractual obligations between the Parties. The Steering Committee shall resolve any disputes referred to it by the Working Team in accordance with paragraph (e) below.
