Common use of Review of Claims Clause in Contracts

Review of Claims. The Settlement Administrator shall review all submitted Claim Forms within a reasonable time for completeness, validity, accuracy, and timeliness, and may contact any Claimant to request additional information and documentation to determine the validity of any Claim. In addition, the Settlement Administrator may verify that: (1) the information set forth in a submitted Claim Form is accurate; and (2) the Claimant is a Settlement Class Member. To be considered an “Authorized Claimant,” a Claimant must submit a valid, complete, and timely Claim Form. Claim Forms that do not meet the submission requirements shall be rejected.
