Review of Claims. The Settlement Administrator will be responsible for reviewing all claims to determine their validity. The Settlement Administrator will reject any claim that does not comply in any material respect with the instructions on the Claim Form or the terms of Paragraphs 1.8, 3.4, and 3.5 above, or is submitted after the Claims Deadline.

Review of Claims. The Settlement Administrator will be responsible shall review all submitted Claim Forms within a reasonable time for reviewing all claims completeness, validity, accuracy, and timeliness, and may contact any Claimant to request additional information and documentation to determine their validitythe validity of any Claim. The In addition, the Settlement Administrator will reject any claim that does not comply may verify that: (a) the information in any material respect with the instructions on the a submitted Claim Form or is accurate; and (b) the terms of Paragraphs 1.8, 3.4, and 3.5 above, or Claimant is submitted after a Settlement Class Member. Claim Forms that do not meet the Claims Deadlinesubmission requirements shall be rejected.
