Common use of Review of Financial Statements Clause in Contracts

Review of Financial Statements. For a period of five (5) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s financial statements for each of the three fiscal quarters immediately preceding the announcement of any quarterly financial information.

Review of Financial Statements. For a period of five (5) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s interim financial statements for each of the three fiscal quarters immediately preceding the announcement of any quarterly financial information.

For a period of five (5) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s financial statements for each of the three fiscal quarters six-month period immediately preceding the announcement of any quarterly interim financial information.

For a period of five two (52) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s interim financial statements for each of the three fiscal quarters six months ended June 30 immediately preceding the announcement of any quarterly interim financial information.

For a period of five (5) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s financial statements for each the six (6) months ended June 30 of the three fiscal quarters immediately preceding the announcement of any quarterly financial informationrelevant year.

Review of Financial Statements. For a period of five (5) years after the date of this Agreement, the Company, at its expense, shall use its commercially reasonable efforts to cause its regularly engaged independent registered public accounting firm to review (but not audit) the Company’s financial statements included in each semiannual report filed with the Commission and, if applicable, the Company’s financial statement included in filings with the Commission for each of the three fiscal quarters immediately preceding the announcement of any quarterly financial information.
