Review of Goals and Performance Plan. Soon after the SSP Employee’s self-assessment has been completed, the evaluator and SSP Employee being evaluated should meet in a Goal-Setting Conference to review the school’s goal(s), the SSP Employee’s Professional Practices goal, and the Student Learning Outcome goal, if possible, in addition to any other goals the SSP Employee has for the year. The evaluator and SSP Employee being evaluated shall also mutually agree to a method of communication for the year (i.e. face-to-face meetings, email feedback, and/or via Halogen only). At any time the evaluator or SSP Employee can request face-to-face meeting(s).
