Review of Management Fee. The Management Fee may be reviewed from time to time of the Management Period at the option of the Management Company by giving a written notice to the Sub- lessee.
Review of Management Fee. 4.1 Upon the expiry of the first year and each successive year from the commencement of the period of this Agreement the Management Fee shall be adjusted to reflect any increase in the All Items Retail Price Index published by the Department of Economic Development or any successor Department to the figure shown therein for the month of the commencement of the term.
Review of Management Fee. Manager and Corporation agree to discuss and review the Management Fee after the first year of this Agreement. However, neither party is required to agree to change the fee after such discussions.
