Review of Participant Annual Compliance Checklist. Each Participant Annual Compliance Checklist will be reviewed by legal counsel to the Participant or the Participant’s local bond counsel for sufficiency and compliance with the Participant’s Tax Compliance Agreement and this Compliance Procedure. Following the completion of the review, the Participant Bond Compliance Officer will execute the Participant’s Annual Compliance Checklist.
