Common use of Review of Policies and Programs Clause in Contracts

Review of Policies and Programs. The Community Advisory Committee may review and may make recommendations with respect to the programs, policies, and operations of the CCA Program to the Chief Executive Officer or to the Board of Directors. The Community Advisory Committee shall have the opportunity to review and comment upon proposals for new programs, policies, or significant operational changes proposed by the Chief Executive Officer for the CCA program. If requested by the Community Advisory Committee, the Chief Executive Officer shall provide the Committee with any information reasonably necessary for the Committee to carry out its duties. Actions of the Community Advisory Committee are advisory only, and Community Advisory Committee action or approval is not a prerequisite to the Board of Directors’ or the Chief Executive Officer’s action on any item.
