Review of Records. The Trust shall examine all records, however produced or transmitted, promptly upon receipt thereof and notify the Custodian of any discrepancy or error therein promptly upon discovery.

Review of Records. Absent manifest error, unless the Trust delivers written notice of any such discrepancy or error within a reasonable time after its receipt thereof, such records shall be deemed to be accurate.
