Chemical Inventories. Check purchasing records, look at storage facilities, interview employees. Check listings from EPA to determine if any controlled items. Also check with local emergency planning coordinator and Fire Department.
Chemical Inventories. Purchaser shall conduct a physical count of the Inventory as of the Closing Date and Seller may have its representatives present during such physical count of the Inventory. The inventory shall be valued at the current book value.
Chemical Inventories. SE will manage the inventory of chemicals routinely used in the operation of the Facilities. Chemical inventories will be stored at the Facilities in quantities sufficient to assure continuous operation of the Facilities.
