Common use of Review of Services Clause in Contracts

Review of Services. The parties agree that: (i) the scope, frequency and manner of delivery of the Services detailed herein are subject to periodic review by the parties; (ii) changes to any of the Services (including the addition or deletion of services) may be made at any time if agreed to by the parties; and (iii) this Agreement may be amended from time to time according to the terms set out in herein.

Review of Services. The parties further agree that this Agreement shall not be amended in any manner materially adverse to those debt providers who provide debt support to the parties hereto from time to time.
