Common use of Review of Suspension or Discharge Clause in Contracts

Review of Suspension or Discharge. The discharged or suspended employee will be permitted to review his/her discharge or suspension with his/her Executive Board member on or outside the Employers premises upon such discharge or suspension. Upon request, the Employer or his/her designated representative may discuss the discharge or suspension with the employee and the Executive Board member.
