Common use of Review of the Listing and Costs Clause in Contracts

Review of the Listing and Costs. If the Commercial Operations Date is not achieved within twelve (12) months of the Effective Date or thirty (30) months from the Execution Date, whichever is less, the listing of the Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities required in this Agreement and the cost-estimates for such Company-Owned Interconnection Facilities are subject to review and revision. Such revision may include, but not be limited to, such items as reconductoring an existing transmission or distribution line, construction of a new line, increase transformer capacity, and alternative relay specifications. In addition, such review and revision may require that the Company re-perform or update the IRS at the Seller's expense.
