Common use of Revised Plans and Specifications Clause in Contracts

Revised Plans and Specifications. Following completion of the Major Work, the Company shall provide the Municipality with the revised Plans and Specifications, updated after construction, in Electronic Format (or upon request, the Company will provide the Municipality with a hard copy of the materials) within three (3) months of the request. The Company shall provide the Municipality with copies of any other revised Plans and Specifications as reasonably requested by the Municipality. For the purposes of this paragraph, the Company may satisfy its obligations to provide revised Plans and Specifications in Electronic Format by: i) advising the Municipality that the revised Plans and Specifications are posted to a web-based forum that contains such information; and ii) allowing the Municipality access to such web-based forum.
