Revision of Bylaws. If changes are deemed by the Board of Directors to be significant enough to warrant a complete revision of the Bylaws, the Board of Directors will follow the procedure outlined in the “Directions for Managers” document. 4/5th approval by all Members will required for the revised Bylaws to be accepted. Each member must then sign their acceptance of the Bylaws. Anyone refusing to sign the revised Bylaws agrees to be expelled from the Club as provided in the Bylaws.
