Warrant A definition

Warrant A means the warrant issued by the Company in accordance with this Deed and all rights conferred by it, including the Subscription Rights, in respect of the Warrant A Shares;
Warrant A means each Common Stock purchase warrant in the form of Exhibit A-1.
Warrant A means the warrant to purchase Equity Securities of Borrower granted to Lender on or about the date of the Advance (Loan A), and any replacement warrants issued in connection therewith.

  • In the event this Warrant is not exercised with respect to the Called Warrant Shares, the Issuer shall remit to the Holder of this Warrant (A) $.01 per Called Warrant Share and (B) a new Warrant representing the number of shares of Warrant Stock, if any, which shall not have been subject to the Call Notice upon the Holder tendering to the Issuer the applicable Warrant certificate.
