Common use of Revision of Project Schedule Clause in Contracts

Revision of Project Schedule. ‌ If Buyer or Buyer’s Representative determines, each in its sole discretion, that progress of the Work does not or is unlikely to match the Project Schedule, or otherwise to enable the Work to be completed by the Time for Completion, Buyer’s Representative may order Seller to revise the Project Schedule. Seller shall thereafter revise the Project Schedule to show the modifications necessary to ensure completion of the Work within the Time for Completion. Seller shall notify Buyer’s Representative as soon as possible of any circumstances of which Seller is or becomes aware which might result in progress not matching the Project Schedule.
