REVISION TO DRAWINGS AND SPECIFICATIONS. The right is reserved for the Engineer either before or after Commencement of Work, to make alterations in the plans, or in the character of the Work as may be considered necessary or desirable to complete fully the proposed construction, provided such alterations do not change materially the Project Scope. Such alterations shall not be considered as a waiver of any conditions of the Agreement nor to invalidate any of the provisions thereof.
