Common use of Revisions to existing Department Clause in Contracts

Revisions to existing Department. School sections of the Faculty Handbook shall be developed by the FAC and the Chair/Director and are subject to final approval by the Xxxx. In reviewing proposed revisions to Department/School sections of the Faculty Handbook, the Xxxx may request revisions before lending final approval. If these revisions are not adopted at the Department/School level, the Xxxx shall consult the College Advisory Committee with regard to the provisions in dispute before making a final determination and certifying final approval of the handbook.
