Common use of REVISIONS TO MANUAL Clause in Contracts

REVISIONS TO MANUAL. The Manual will, at all times during the term of this Agreement and thereafter, remain the sole and absolute property of COST CUTTERS. COST CUTTERS may from time to time revise the Manual and the FRANCHISEE expressly agrees to operate its Cost Cutters Businesses in accordance with all such revisions. The FRANCHISEE will at all times keep its copy of the Manual current and up-to-date, and in the event of any dispute, the terms of the master copy of the Manual maintained by COST CUTTERS will be controlling in all respects.
