Revisions to the Budget. 4.1 Without limiting the requirement for any other meeting, the Parties shall, subject to paragraph 5.10, hold a forecast Budget review meeting in each Reporting Period (a “Reporting Period Budget Forecast Review Meeting”) at a time and location notified to the Franchisee by the Authority following provision of the information referred to in paragraph 4.2.
