TERMINATION OF ORDERS Participating Entities may terminate an order, in whole or in part, immediately upon notice to Supplier in the event of any of the following events:
Authorization of Services a. The Contractor and its subcontractors shall have in place, and follow, written authorization policies and procedures.
Election of Stewards In order to provide an orderly and speedy procedure for the settling of grievances, the Employer acknowledges the right of the Union to appoint or elect stewards, whose duties shall be to assist any employee (which the xxxxxxx represents) in preparing and presenting their grievance in accordance with the grievance procedure.

Designation of Key Personnel The Contractor’s Contract Manager for this engagement shall be Xxxxx X. Xxxxx, Phone: 000-000-0000, Email Address: xxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The City’s Contract Manager for the engagement shall be Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxx, Phone: (000) 000-0000, Email Address: Xxxxxxx.xxxxxxxx@xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. The City and the Contractor resolve to keep the same key personnel assigned to this engagement throughout its term. In the event that it becomes necessary for the Contractor to replace any key personnel, the replacement will be an individual having equivalent experience and competence in executing projects such as the one described herein. Additionally, the Contractor will promptly notify the City Contract Manager and obtain approval for the replacement. Such approval shall not be unreasonably withheld.
Commencement of Services The Consultant shall begin carrying out the Services from the Effective Date or from such other Date specified in the SC.
Appointment of Stewards A. The Union will certify to the Employer in writing a xxxxxxx or stewards and alternates in accordance with the fol- lowing general guidelines. Where more than one xxxxxxx is appointed, one shall be designated chief xxxxxxx. The selection and appointment of stewards or chief stewards is the sole and exclusive function of the Union. The number of stewards certified shall not exceed, but may be less than, the number provided by the formula hereinafter set forth. Designation of Representatives 9.2.1 TxDOT and DB Contractor shall each designate Authorized Representative(s) who shall be authorized to make decisions and bind the Parties on matters relating to the Contract Documents. Exhibit 19 hereto provides the initial Authorized Representative designations. Such designations may be changed by a subsequent writing delivered to the other Party in accordance with Section 9.1.
