Commencement of Service. The Performance Start Date occurred on September 1, 2020. The Expansion Delivery Start Date shall be no later than February 1, 2025, or other date as agreed to in writing by the Parties. Failure of the Agency and the District to meet this deadline shall constitute an Event of Default upon which the Company may terminate this Agreement in accordance with Section 20. The Company shall not incur anycosts or be responsible for any payments under this Agreement prior to the Performance Start Date. The Company shall not incur any costs or be responsible for any payments under this Agreement relating to the Expansion prior to the Expansion Delivery Start Date.

Commencement of Service. The Company hereby engages the Executive as President and Director and the Executive hereby agrees to such service on the terms and conditions described in this Agreement. The Executive is being engaged directly by the Company as an Executive who will be compensated for the services rendered as herein provided. This replacement Executive Service Agreement with the Company will commence on January 1, 2013 (the effective date of this contract).
Commencement of Service. The Spectrum Services shall commence and Purchaser shall be responsible for Spectrum Services charges on the date that (i) ART installs the Equipment, performs any testing ART deems necessary, and Notifies Purchaser (the "Completion Notice") that ART is ready to commence the Spectrum Services, or (ii) a later date mutually agreed upon in writing by ART and Purchaser (the "Service Commencement Date").
Commencement of Service. Delivery Commencement of Service delivery, defined as the provisioning and initial implementation of Services to be delivered, shall begin on the date or dates agreed to by the Parties; provided that Company has approved Client's credit and has in its possession all necessary information to carry out the provisioning and initial implementation of the proposed Services. Any delays in excess of 10 (ten) calendar days after Company notifies Client of service availability shall not impede billing for services as described in the Quote/Proposal.
3.3.1 One or more dates for the commencement of Service delivery may be issued at Company's discretion, based upon available resources.
Commencement of Service. I/We confirm that we wish the provision of the services under the Managed Service Agreement to commence immediately.
Commencement of Service. 1.1 Commencement of service hereunder is subject to the satisfaction or waiver of all conditions precedent in accordance with the NBJ LTFP Precedent Agreement.
1.2 The date of commencement of service hereunder shall be the later of day of , 20 or the first calendar day of the month following the satisfaction and waiver all conditions precedent in accordance with the NBJ LTFP Precedent Agreement, unless otherwise agreed to in writing by the Parties (the "Date of Commencement").
1.3 In the event any of the conditions precedent are not satisfied or waived in accordance with the NBJ LTFP Precedent Agreement, this NBJ LTFP Contract will terminate.
Commencement of Service. The Company hereby engages the Consultant as its Manager, Market Development for Asia and the Consultant hereby agrees to such service on the terms and conditions described in this Agreement. The Consultant is being engaged directly by the Company as a Consultant who will be compensated for the services rendered as herein provided. The Consultant service with the Company will commence on January 2, 2004 (the effective date of this contract).

Commencement of Service. 3.1. These Terms shall become effective on the date on which P1 at its sole discretion accepting, after due verification, the Registration Form and, shall continue to be effective until cancelled or terminated in accordance with the Terms.
3.2. The Service shall commence on the date on which P1 activates Service (“Service Activation Date”).
3.3. Subscriber will be required to create their own online self care account (“Self Care Account”) once Service is activated.
