Common use of Revocation of Suspension Clause in Contracts

Revocation of Suspension. (a) In the event that the Client shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Developer under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Client may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) Upon the Developer having cured the Developer Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninety) days from the date of Suspension, the Client shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Developer under this Agreement.

In the event that the Client Authority shall have rectified or removed the cause of Suspension within a period not exceeding 90 (ninetyNinety) days from the date of Suspension, it shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Developer Concessionaire under this Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Client Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) 2. Upon the Developer Concessionaire having cured the Developer Concessionaire Default within a period not exceeding 90 (ninetyNinety) days from the date of Suspension, the Client Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Developer Concessionaire under this Agreement.

For the avoidance of doubt, the Parties expressly agree that the Client Authority may, in its discretion, revoke the Suspension at any time, whether or not the cause of Suspension has been rectified or removed hereunder. (b) 29.3.2 Upon the Developer Contractor having cured the Developer Contractor Default within a period not exceeding [90 (ninety) days days] from the date of Suspension, the Client Authority shall revoke the Suspension forthwith and restore all rights of the Developer Contractor under this Agreement.
